The best part, one of the hot tubs is located right next to this condo, so there's not long walk on a cold winter day in a rob or towel to reach a relaxing soak after a day of adventure. Our focus is Cleanliness and Comfort! A deep clean is completed in preparation for every guest's stay including laundering all linen and duvet covers. Bath towels, pool towels and a package of everyday essentials (TP, paper towels, laundry pods, etc.) are all provided.

A shuttle is available to both the Westin Gondola to Beaver Creek and Vail, just 10 miles up I-70. Visiting in the summer, Avon is a central location for all your mountain adventures from hiking to fishing and biking to festivals.

Of course, there are countless opportunities to enjoy a meal out, however, if a relaxing evening in is what you're longing for, you'll enjoy the well-equipped kitchen: modern appliances including dishwasher, stove, refrigerator and microwave, as well as all the pots, pans and silverware you’ll need. And yes — there’s a Keurig for that morning cuppa joe to get the morning off to a head start!

The Master bedroom is host to a king bed and an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom two enjoys a queen bed along with direct access to the back lawn and an ensuite bathroom with grab bars in the shower and by the toilet.
Bedroom three features both a queen and twin bed and utilizes the bathroom just across the hall.
The open-concept of the main living space allows for seamless interaction between the living, dining, and kitchen areas. A private patio is host to a few chairs and gas BBQ for some outdoor grilling. Little kids joining you? Let them choose from a variety of toys and books to enjoy during your stay!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 21 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
Our family purchased this condo as a place to stay while visiting our grandkids and fell in love with it! The ground floor location is perfect for luggage and groceries and its proximity to Nottingham Park and Lake, the Eagle River and skiing made it the perfect mountain retreat! We can easily host our grandkids for the night or friends coming to stay with us! Michael and Krizia are the perfect hosts for their eye for detail and attention to cleanliness. They are passionate about providing an experience to be remembered. We hope you enjoy our home away from home as much as we do!
